Who handles your information
TABLE 51 PRODUCTIONS LTD is responsible for project enquiries submitted through this website. Contact info@table51films.com or +44 7789 880279. Registered office: 8 Llwyn-Y-Groes, Bridgend, Wales, CF31 5AJ.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email, chosen consultation and project message. It records the submission time, reference and listed service price. We use this to review and respond to your request and take steps at your request before a possible engagement. Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential scripts.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored privately in the website’s WordPress database and are available to authorised administrators. No automatic enquiry email is sent. Hosting providers may process information to operate the website. Enquiry information is not sold or used for advertising.
Retention and security
Website enquiry records are scheduled for removal after 180 days. Hosting logs and backup retention depend on the hosting configuration. Separate records needed for an agreed engagement are handled under the terms confirmed for that engagement. A temporary keyed hash of the connecting IP address limits repeated submissions for ten minutes. Administrator access uses WordPress authentication cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing where applicable. Contact us using the details above. Legal exceptions may apply. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
